Dr. Marc Perelló Sobrepere
Dr. Perelló-Sobrepere is Research Coordinator at EU Business School, where he also teaches courses in communication, media and business-related subjects. He holds a PhD in Communication from Universitat Ramon Llull, is accredited by AQU (Catalonia) and ANECA (Spain), and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (United Kingdom).
His career has combined teaching, research and academic management in different institutions. At EU Business School, he has served as Assistant to the Dean in addition to his current role as Research Coordinator. He has also been Academic Director at ESIC University, Subject Coordinator at EAE Business School and International Relations Coordinator of the Department of Journalism at Universitat Abat Oliba CEU.
His research focuses on communication, media and digital transformation. He has published in peer-reviewed journals, presented at international conferences and completed doctoral research stays at the University of Manchester, City University London and the University of Copenhagen.
He has had the opportunity to share his research at universities such as the Free University of Brussels (VUB), the University of Amsterdam and the University of Westminster. He was also invited by the Government of South Korea to take part in a debate on the Metaverse.
